I just bought a new 2020 55tumQ80 Samsung smart TV and faced a problem with setting Bixby voice service and remote control is not functioning properly. Have contacted the customer service and they have instructed me to do several things to fix these issues among them resting the TV system but didn't work. It was a waste of money and planning to return it back.
