Tip Topp is just that. (\Just Great\, english translation). The staff is welcoming and the food is good. The seating is spacious and comfortable. I especially like\Biff snadder\ which is smaller bites of steak and fries with some vegetables and bernaise saus. I wish they made the sauses in house.. For that I retract one star .
