Excellent Indian cuisine in a stylish setting. Very nice menu selection offering non veg and vegetarian options. The service is friendly and efficient. The waiter offered us extra spicy sauce on the side and it was the perfect way to add heat to our liking. Perfect alternative in town for something out of the ordinary.
Great food! my favorite in Ålesund
One of the worst restaurants i even been. It is a cheating restaurant. First of all it is a pakistani restaurant with Indian idols. Food is below average. We asked for pepper chicken. They added some chilli into the butter chicken which was prepared for someone else. We had 3 barna meny which includes icecream. The server/owner was reluctant to give the icecream for some reason. We need to ask for it. This is not just a small meal. We were 4 families and paid around 3000nok for this nasty food. Beware dont take your kids. They are so mean and rude. When our little kids were eating they literally asked us to get out since they were a bit loud. If you like Indian food, buy sarithas kitchen curry past and put some meat. Never recommend to anyone. We even thought of giving a complaint against them.
Compared to all the good Indian restaurants that I have been to in the Oslo area (and abroad) this is probably the worst Indian food I have had in years. That is not to say the food is terrible, it is ok but nothing more. It is also very expensive, mains about 20-30% above Oslo prices. Good service though. Star deductions for quality of food and price.

Not at all good. In vegetarian they have so few options, in that also they didn’t have Paneer. When questions were asked to the staff, they were very rude. And they were rushing us so much because they were trying to take everyone in. The taste of food was not at all good, not fresh. Even the sitting arrangement is not good .. hospitality is poor ... It’s expensive compared to the taste and service. Not recommended better go to other restaurants. And the atmosphere was nothing like India.
Would not recommend this place. Not worth your time and money. The Biryani with Shrimps is to be fair actually quite nice.
