I wrote an email to ask for the bill after my pet bunny died, they never responded instead they send a ykker\-bill. Appalling. I had experienced other vets here and in the US - they all send you cards when your pet dies, plus of course the bill. They would always respond to your correspondence. And NOT send you a summoning ykker\ bill without sending a usual bill beforehand. Also they do not have a lot of experience with rabbits. They barely did anything ... they just kept my bunny in a hot place and injected him water and a painkiller. I could have done that myself. Also before this instance, I asked for a receipt for a dewormer and they gave me a receipt for one which they advised to give a strip off. Well the amount they asked me to dose my bunny with was the amount a 150kg horse gets. Insanely wrong. I gave it a 2-star and not just one, because they had a very kind nurse that really spend a lot of time with me when I was in distress with my bunny dying.
