My fiancé was at the clinic on Wednesday and the doctor told him he can pick up the medicine in any apotek. Since wednesday he wasn’t able to get it because apparently people at this clinic don’t know how anything works and keep giving him wrong information. He went into several apoteks and always got the same answer - if you dont have a PN they need to send the medicine prescription into one specific apotek. But no. This clinic is standing by their obviously wrong word while his condition is getting worse. People need to take time off work to go to the doctors, that lost time costs money and energy and the result in even more lost time and energy because the people working at this clinic just DONT KNOW AND DONT CARE.

Personal med otroligt dålig attityd och kundservice. I synnerhet tar man sig rätten att vara otrevlig mot äldre patienter vilket är vidrigt.

Har alltid fått kontakt snabbt. Alla jag har mött har varit toppen, supervänliga i receptionen, alla sjuksköterskor, de två läkare jag har träffat har varit toppen och psykologen som jag gick till i höstas var den bästa jag har träffat på tio år. Glad att detta är min vårdcentral. Top notch!

Har haft ett par goda erfarenheter men tyvärr har de mindre bra övervägt. De sista kontakterna med vårdcentralen gjorde att jag valde att byta.

dr Michael är kunnig i sitt yrkesutövning och har en trygg och professionell förhållningssätt gentemot patient. Han är inkännande och duktig på att upprätta en förtroendefull relation med patient samt att på proffsigt sätt förmedla både negativa och positiva besked till patient. I tillägg har denna trevliga unga doktor sinne för humor vilket inte alls är fel i mötet med patienterna. Flera sådana läkare behövs på våra vårdcentraler.

Otrevligt, oprofessionellt bemötande i telefon. System för hantering av kontaktuppgifter undermåligt, utlovat videomöte kunde inte genomföras eftersom de saknade kontaktuppgifter trots att uppgifterna uppenbart fanns i systemet och använts tidigare.
