Within 1.5 hours drive from Kristiansand is really hard to beat. You can even take a day trip to enjoy skiing or snowboarding. Sure not very high hills with a bit short slopes but well maintained even if weather is not in favor. Overall I personally like it more than overrated Hovden.

Nice, shame all the lifts weren't open
Good piste, only bad things there are no chairlifts, and only one piste is open, since the other ones are under construction. Very dissapointing no one tells you this when you buy your ticket. On the other side, the rental equipment is really good, but bring your own goggles, since you can not rent them there.
Reasonable price for the slopes! Great place for a family!
Not too many people :) But open only till 3 PM :( And pretty modest bar and rest place :(

Det beste skisenteret innenfor et par timers kjøring fra sørlandskysten. Inntil fem trekk i operasjon alt etter vær og føreforhold. I tillegg er det også et barnetrekk i form av et rullebånd. Utleie av det meste av alpinutstyr, inkludert snowboard. Tilbyr personlig instruktør i de fleste disipliner. Varmestue har tradisjonell gatekjøkkenmat samt lapper/sveler. I skrivende stund er varmestua dessverre stengt pga Covid 19.
