We had a good experience renting a car here, even though I did not speak French and the Hertz representative did not speak any English. It still worked out fine.

Avoid, even when the opening hours are until 18:30, at 18:25 I was knocking on closed door, even when I called them that I will come and want to return the car. Horrible experience. And they don't speak english at all, or don't want to.
