This hotel is family run, and very clean, owner is so friendly, offered to take our heavy suitcases to our room... he even explained to us the local Infos and recommended which restaurant to go to. When we got to our room, we were shocked.... Woooow....... the room is Massive!!! It's a suite!!! Highly recommended!!! P.S. we missed breakfast on our first day due to late arrival back to hotel from the hot air balloon trip, and second day we have to check out so early as we have a flight to catch back to Istanbul which we will miss the breakfast again. the Owner knew this and he left us some breakfast to eat before we leave the hotel....... how sweet is that. I have never ever encounter this with other hotels, this is the "first time" ever...

The area is beautiful, the hotel is very pleasant, the atmosphere is great, the food is very delicious, but the most important thing is the people - they are just incredible! Whatever I write, I can not describe the wonderful feeling, so it is best to try it yourself. Among other things, you will also get detailed explanations of what is worth seeing, what to visit and where to eat. Murat, thank you very much for the unbelievable experience!
Beautiful rooms and great breakfast with a view. The kindness and hospitality of the people has been heart warming and I highly recommend Canyon Cave. Closest feeling to home since we left home.

We have enjoyed a magical experience in the Canyon Cave hotel . The rooms are clean , the breakfast on the rooftop terrace is wonderful and Mr Murat is very friendly and helpful in giving tips for excursions in beautiful Capadocia.
Best hotel with best owner (Murad). Outstanding value for money!
The owner, Murat, is both sincere and helpful. He provided us with a lot of good local information on food destinations and places of interests. We arrived early in the morning but were allowed early check in for our stay. To take his hospitality further, Murat even granted us a free upgrade to the room of our choice and occupancy was low in the period we went and gave us complimentary breakfast (on the day of our arrival)! The stone cave room was absolutely delightful to stay in! One might think that as the room is carved out of the rock, it might be dirty or sandy but the room was nothing but clean, sanitary and well furnished. Truly an incredible experience to stay, and a great spot for checking out Cappadocia. Our stay was too short as we only had one night in Cappadocia. If time permitted, we would have stay longer and in Murat's Hotel. Sincerely hope to be back again. Best and most unique hotel stay ever! Perfect score! Worth mentioning: The Canyon Cave Hotel was formerly known as the Courtyard Cave Hotel. Driving there, we had some issues with navigation as there was some confusion on Google Maps.
Very nice boutique hotel carved in the rock and Murat is an exceptional guest for whom going the extra mile is just the normal thing to do
