I really appreciated the overall support and service. It was a good car buying experience. Service was very helpful. Also, they helped in other means with other cars. I highly recommend them. Thanks to Piotr, Cezar and Sebastian!!!
Indicated two weeks before they could book my car in. Two weeks later said it'll be yet another two weeks! When I pushed them they suddenly had a spot open in 2 days. For the repairs they indicated 2 weeks, but a month later they still had my car! They never called even when they said they would and, as a result, it was always I who had to do the calling and chasing and enquiring. Finally, only after a stern complaint letter was issued did they manage to release my car. I was going to buy a new car from there but after this experience, I've changed my mind.
Awful. Having called to book a test drive. I then arrive and there is no car available. Amateurs
