Food ok. The manager/owner hates foreigners. He was yelling at us just as we were sitting down at the table in a gruff and hostile manner. Fortunately, the older woman serving us was much more pleasant. We hadn't done anything but sat down and the old guy is yelling that we have to put the WATER bottles that we had with us away. Nevermind that it was hot outside, there were young kids in the group and that they had yet to bring us water.
月島もんじゃストリート入口のお店。月島駅7番出口からすぐです。もんじゃ組合事務所のすぐ隣です。組合事務所で1割お得になる飲食券を買ってから訪問。 水槽に入ってた海老に魅かれて3種のエビもんじゃを注文。この日は車エビ、ブラックタイガー、甘エビ。 甘エビは殻ごとミキサーにかけたものが出汁に入っていて、食べる度に濃厚な海老の旨味が口に広がります。時折パキパキと殻の食感がするのも良いアクセントでした。海老好きなら必食の一品です。 店員さんも丁寧に作ってくれ、作りながら上手な作り方を教えてくれるので自分でもやってみようという気になります。
初めて入りましたが、店員さんが丁寧に焼き方を教えてくださりました。味も良かったです。 えんがわのお刺身もバニラアイスも美味しかったです。また行きたいな。
