多良山系経ヶ岳の南西にある575メートルピークです。山名はないものの四等三角点があります。険しい岩場を登りつめた先にある三角点は五家原岳から郡岳へ連なる山並みを、ぐるりと見渡すことができます。ピクニック気分で行ける場所ではなく、取り付きに険しい箇所があるのでしっかりと安全を確保しながらの山行となります。
