Regarding to the recent course of ITIL foundation which is held by Digiwise Corporation, I would like to appreciate all efforts of the instructors for preparing the materials and organizing this course. It was good to see that almost all attendants sought to ask many important questions which made the course alive. The best part was that when they participated in discussions many interesting facts revealed and brought many solid examples by Mr. Baradari, the mentor. I must note that nowhere before have I seen so enthusiastic discussions. Moreover, the course was highly beneficial and very well balanced in terms of time. The result was even better than I expected. The course ITIL4 was very valuable for improving my professional qualifications. I hope to see more courses by Digiwise.

Thanks for the course of ITIL4 foundation. It was the most amazing IT course that I have ever been to, very intensive and informative! Actually, I am impressed at how clear every module of ITIL4 was expressed with practical examples which absolutely comes from the knowledge of the mentor (Mr. Baradari) vast experience and the fresh keynote speakers who deepen the new terminologies. Although the subject is new, I found all the related materials easy to understand. I would like to thank all the participants from all kinds of corporations that make a lively course by sharing their case studies. Personally, I learned a lot of new things and I will use the knowledge gained in my work.
