Very unhappy, ordered heating oil. Promised delivery at 10am, now 4pm and nothing Appears they have switched off their phone lines. Taken 10 days since I paid for the fuel. New born baby at home and about to run out of fuel. Do yourself a favour, this company is full of false promises. Back to my regular supplier, would rather pay 10% more and get a decent service. It’s not always about the money. If your reading this and deciding if you should try them out, my advice is don’t bother. They are not bothered about customers, so why should you give them the chance.

Unless you want a company that will take your money, ignore your calls and pretend they might deliver oil I would use someone else. Ordered on 30th, now 15th and still awaiting any idea as to if or when oil maybe delivered. Delays are understandable but not answering your phones and producing false dates for delivery are not. Still awaiting receiving fuel or any contact as to if this may happen, quick enough to take the payment from my card twice though
Twice in six months have they failed to deliver and changed their delivery on the 7th day. I've used boilerjuice due to this and mistakenly thought they might have improved. There are no adverse conditions in the South West but yet again they have proved they are not worth using
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shocking service, ordered on the evening of 30th January. Still awaiting delivery and we are now on the 15th Feb, I have followed and chased the order and am constantly told someone will get back to me. I was initially advised I would receive oil on the 9th and then again on the 11th but we are now 11 working days away from my order and still no notification as to if and when I might be getting any oil. Thanks for leaving myself, my 3 year old and my 1 year old without heating and hot water for the last week!
