If you want a Super Authentic Kyoto food, this is the restaurant. Your next Question.....Kyoto food is expensive.....But not here. My lunch set consisted of appetizers of Veges and konyaku, and main of Buta Kakuni(Pork marinated in Japanese sauce) The pork was sooooo soft that you just need a spoon to break the pork. Just a SPOON. Just Imagine All that you see in the photo is for a mere YEN950.- What else you want in life, my friends

Went on a whim whilst my washing was being washed, turns out it’s an awesome little place with good beer and nice little plates of food! Highly recommend.
Chef is extremely friendly, doesn’t talk much English but helps best he can, food is very nice, I enjoyed my food roulette very much and had an awesome dining experience!! Would recommend great experience! Even gave me some sake on the house, which tasted fantastic!!
Awesome food! We didn't speak enough Japanese to order anything special, so the chef just chose a few dishes for us. Recommended!
何回が行きました、\u200d料理の味は薄めで美味しいです、店主さんも月に一度の料理教室を開いてるみたいです️、きょうはランチタイムの⑦番を頼みました、いかの存在感は面白い食感です、なかなかはない唐揚げと思います、味噌汁ではなく豆乳入りの和風味のスープです、それは私のお気に入りですね年末年始いの料理も注文できます️、
夜、東京からの出張帰りに寄った。 8人くらいのカウンターと3つのBox席というこじんまりとした店内。 カウンター向こうに大将がいて、終始カウンターの常連さんと楽しく会話をしている。 みると、ほぼ常連さんやいつもの馴染みさんで流行っていた。 店名に「京のおばんざい」と入っているのでぶらっと寄った。 大正解。 出汁がほんのりと効いて美味しい。 新鮮なじゃこをお醤油で食べた。 こういう食材はなかなか口にできない。 もし私がこの近所に単身で住んでいるなら、恐らく週に5日は通うだろう。 そんな安心できる、体に優しい味付けです。
