Easy similar and good. But not traditional Beijing food

The staffs are quite rude and the food is kinda bad.
Getting worse both food and environment. I bet won't come again.
Got the 水煮牛肉 (48) and it came out watery and not particularly good. Got the 黑豆漿 (10) and unlike in the picture, it just came pre-packaged in a bottle. Got the 酥炸排骨担担麵 (32), and tried the noodles and they were maybe just the slightest bit above average, with the sauce nothing special. Then I tried the 酥炸排骨 that came with it, not expecting much by this point, but wow, they were so good. Superbly tender, fatty in a good way, crisp. I dunno how they ended up with such good 排骨.
Pretty bad quality of food. Noodle soup the soup tastes pretty much like salted water. Portion of Shanghai fried noodles is rather small. The spare rib is just a piece of pan fried pork chop.
這間食肆已開業多年，在新冠肺炎下2020年12月2日今天本人才第一次光顧，難得店員仍然堅持服務。 餐前小吃小籠包、醉豬手、特別是 油炆筍 極之治味。 主菜 豬軟骨、蜜汁豬扒 更是鬆軟入味。 總括而言值得再次光臨。
水煮牛肉俾咗肥牛，個湯底真係好似水咁.... 無味 非常差勁！
