Terrible service, and I say this for two reasons: 1. They require you to spend 135 NT per PERSON to sit there, plus a 10% service charge. Extremely inconvenient as my family had small children and the adults had to buy ice cream for themselves to accompany them. 2. My five-year-old cousin about to sit down when the ice cream fell off the cone (she was still holding the cone). We kindly explained to the staff and they acted like they didn’t care. They kept defending themselves by saying they put the ice cream on the cone tightly. They REFUSED to apologize. It’s a shame since our family usually goes there after our dinner.
2020 6 24位於南港中信大樓C棟一樓，我們大概找了一會還好有示意圖，服務生問內用嗎便帶位進去了，沙發是紅色的坐起來很舒適，看的到對面的莫ㄨ彼（在A棟1樓），菜單有很多甜點跟飲品，不過我還是只點冰淇淋，點了覆盆子雪酪、芒果覆盆子、抹茶，男友點伯爵茶，9點前要點餐完畢我們到時已經8:50左右，中信9:30關門有點小趕，服務費一成，點的三球加配料375元配料選的是莓果及巧克力醬，整體口感綿密比莫ㄨ彼更好吃些這兩個都算美式冰淇淋，但我還是更喜歡義式冰淇淋較清爽
今天在中信園區處理公事，剛好經過想說買來吃，因為太就沒吃很猶豫要選什麼口味，結果店員很有耐心的先讓我試吃確認口味，過程都很愉快，下次有來會再回訪！
近來消費一直詢問有確定要內用嗎？ 感覺很不想讓人來消費 餐點都送上來了也不送水，後面別組客人進來詢問下才補送
冰淇淋好吃，服務人員態度優良，面對情緒不好的客人，更是保持專業的笑容及服務，值得嘉許
服務佳、窗邊可以瀏覽整個廣場，增添舒適氣氛 馬卡龍冰淇淋好吃，不過真的太甜啦
服務人員很有熱情，試吃口味的時候也很有耐心解說！
