Although the day of visit was a public holiday, the staff were nice and helpful. The tableware were well placed and the place was clean. The items in the menu were not too many but already included those popular Singaporean dishes. Lychee tea was offered with another pot of hot water which was not so good because hot water run out to the bottom during pouring water. The tables were widely distributed in the area to keep a safe distance between them. Quality of food was generally satisfactory. The pork rib pot with Chinese herbs was not hot enough and the fire underneath was not stable due to the wax used.

Nice Hainan chicken with rice and pad Thai. The pad Thai was quite sweet , I like how they put the chili flakes and peanuts and sugar on the side ( not a peanut fan) . The lor hon gro hot drink was very soothing to drink at this cool-ish weather . The decor is bright and the restaurant feels very clean . I have to say there is this male staff ( working at 12 on 11/2 , I hope he can receive some accolade / recognition from the company) who has the best customer service ever . A friendly tone ( I imagine there is a smile underneath that mask) under this pandemic , and a happy-to-serve attitude really makes a positive difference to the dining experience ! a happy meal :) #padthai
I went to this restaurant 6 month ago and the food quality is so good but today, I am very disappointed and will not go again. The foos quality dropped 80%. the Thai milk tea is similar to HK milk tea, nothing special, no Thai taste and even worse. I ordered hot one and they gave me cold one. The pineapple fried rice, is so wet not dried. The temperature is cold. I expect a fried rice is hot will steam. The Bak Kut Ted is not hot.They forgot to ignite the fire at the bottom. They only give 3 bones, the amount is too less. Why I like Bak Kut Ted is due to the Chinese herb taste. This is what I expected. But it only have so less than it is a normal soup with some bones. The only thing I like is the pork salad. the taste is so special and give me surprise. In general, the food quality is not good. they want to make South East Asia food but doing too much localization to fit in HK style. And it become a normal HK food, nothing special. I am disappointed
Very nice restaurant offering South East Asia cuisine. Better yet, the also provide a pot of tea to your choice which appeals to most Hongkongers.
The food was quite tasty. The seatings and environment were quite comfortable. They are doing a discount currently because of the pandemic, which makes some of the dishes really cheap.
Bad service. Stood and waited at the reception for almost 10 mins for someone to answer my take away order. Waiters were just too concentrated working inside the hall. Rude and bold responses from the waiter on my enquiries. I felt like It was my fault for not knowing their products. Now I can tell why the restaurant was not fully seated during lunch hour and had been rated that low.
Very Hong Kong style SEA cuisines! Wok hei is good. You got a varied choices of food and drinks. But I think the taste is so strong there.
Pricy, taste ok. But not authentic Singapore food... the milk tea is poor quality.... service is below par.. I am shocked.
