As a chadolbaegi (shaved beef brisket) lover, this is hands down one of my favorite jeongyuk sikdang (butcher’s restaurant in Korean) in Seoul. The quality of the meat is consistently top-notch whenever I dine in this joint and the bokkeum-bap mixed with the leftover chadolbaegi is incredibly great. I also like their non-stick barbecue grill pan which cooked meat very properly. I’m not a huge fan of yukhoe (Korean-style steak tartare) but the yukhoe they serve is also very tasty, perfectly seasoned without overpowering the fresh quality of raw meat. The basic veggie banchans provided on the side are quite simple but obviously made of clean, healthy ingredients creating a great combination of taste with fresh meat. Although lots of old hole-in-the-wall restaurants in Korea are lacking in sanitation and tidiness, this place is always sanitary and clean which is a huge plus. The servers are amicable and compassionate even though the place is packed. Prices are not crazy expensive considering the quality of the meat. Definitely worth a try.

찌개가없어서 아쉽고 냉면도 없어서 아쉽지만 가성비좋은 한우를 부담없이 먹을 수 있는 맛집 차돌. 등심 끝내줌 냉콩나물국도 최고
아이 학원들어가기 전에 점심먹으러 감. 평상시에 지나다닐때마다 식욕을 엄청나게 부르는 냄새 때문에 궁금했던곳. 오늘 뭔일인지 꽂혀서 식사하러 들어감. 소고기 전문점인데 점심에만 삼겹살이 되어 특식으로 주문. 우리 부자 말고는 모두 등심이나 차돌박이 드시네요. 삼겹살도 국내산 한돈이고 맛있게 먹었습니다. 다만 익숙한 된장찌게가 안나와 좀 어색. 시원한 콩나물국으로 대신 달래주고 다음에는 등심먹으러 와야 겠다는 다짐을... **주차는 가게 상가건물 뒤편에 세우면됨(식당앞을 지나쳐서 우측으로 골목) 초행이신분들은 신흥식당 옆 문방구가 있으니 문방구가 눈에 더잘보일수도 있음.
가격에 전혀 맞지 않는 고기퀄 매우 굿 가격은 몇 년째 슬금슬금 오르지만 고기 퀄리티도 왠지 점점 올라가는 느낌이라 괜찮 요즘 세련된 고깃집도 우후죽순 생기지만 이런 노포스타일도 좋다 시원깔끔한 콩나물국도 좋고.. 볶음밥은 꼭 먹어야 됨
가성비 좋고 콩나물국 시원해서 좋고 빨리빨리 익어서 좋다. 등심 강추..!!
