From the moment my girls and I got there to the treatments (sauna - mask treatment - foot spa - even right up to the first person to get into the healing dirt), we were nervous and excited about being buried Well technically, you are covered up to your neck for JUST 20 MINUTES In those 20 minutes • Immediately I was covered, I wanted to know what time it was. • MY ARMS.... I wanted to move my arms so bad. I swear technology is making us addicts. • it's hot inside so every sweat trickle on my face felt like torture. However the second it was over. I sprung out of there like it was a Thriller video. And OMG our skins felt so fresh( the others said brighter but hmm...I cant speak on that point) This is definitely going to be part of my quarterly regime. Oh n did I mention that this basic course is about 50. #bliss

はじめての酵素チムジル体験 土の中に埋葬？！？！というビジュアルの酵素チムジル\u200d️ 20分間…ヒノキでできた桶の中に入ってじーっ。。。土のような正体はヒノキの木屑と酵素てっきり土だと思ってました( 笑 )途中熱くて動きたい衝動にかられましたが我慢我慢。 普段汗が出にくい高齢者の方もここに入ると、じわーーーっと汗が出るそうです。 はじめての酵素チムジルは韓国で体験しましたが、日本発祥だそう日本でもこういう体験ができるところを探してみようかな
